Birthing Guidance

There are numerous benefits to having a Doula present throughout your labour and the subsequent birth of your baby.

I will provide continuous emotional encouragement throughout your birthing process. 

Through my work, I promote a calming, comforting and reassuring environment and my aim is to make you feel as at ease as possible throughout your labour experience. ​​

​I can also ensure that your birthing preferences are respected, advocate for you if necessary and provide support to your birthing partner to ensure they can fully support you too.
