Plans & Pricing
Before I take on any clients, I like to set up an initial meeting to find out a little bit more about what level of care and support you are looking for, as well as to see if you get a good sense of connection with me. It's a great idea to meet with a few doulas to make sure you are confident with your choice and feel you can build a strong relationship with them :)

Below is a selection of the standard packages of care that I offer. Prices are sent upon request.
Birth Doula Support Packages (Basic & Premium)
Initial Meeting - as explained above (free).
(Standard Option) - approx 2 hour antenatal session where we look at the physiology of birth and your birth preferences.

(Premium Option) Mindful Natal® Antenatal Course - 3 x 2 hours sessions, typically taking place around pregnancy week 24-28 and pregnancy week 34-38. During this time we will build on your knowledge base and work on your birth preferences. More detail on the course can be found here.

On-call Period - Typically on call from pregnancy week 38 until pregnancy week 42, however this we can discuss alternative on call periods if required.
Birth - Attendance & support during birth of your baby, starting at your home and continuing to hospital (if birthing at a hospital). There are no time limits here.
Postnatal Meeting - this typically takes place within the week your baby is born. This meeting is a birth reflection session and an opportunity for you to discuss your birth experience with me. This can be a very therapeutic exercise for new parents. Typically, this session lasts around an hour long.
